Plan and facilitate a community of practice for 9th Grade teams from city high schools, and collaborate with central office teams to develop tools and resources to support 9th Grade academies and MTSS work in schoools.
Braven
Analyze surveys of higher education institutions and workplace partners to help Braven senior leaders and site-based staff understand how key partners perceive the organization’s program, support and impact.
School District of Philadelphia
Lead a long-term project to support strategy, data tool development, and professional learning focused on 9th Grade On-Track. Project is funded by the Neubauer Family Foundation and partners include Philadelphia Academies Inc, the To&Through Project, and Revolution Impact.
Cristo Rey
Examined Cristo Rey’s college access key performance indicators and data tools, leading to improvements that made metrics and tools more aligned, actionable, and user-friendly for students, counselors, and central office leaders.
Wentcher Family Foundation
Worked as part of a team to design and produce a strategic plan for the Wentcher Family Foundation Board and Executive Director.
Chicago Public Schools
Led a 9-month project to help Chicago Public Schools redesign on-track systems of support for schools. Included interviews with central office and school-based staff, a landscape scan of other districts’ structures, and the formation of a working group to make recommendations.
